Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Scope
These terms govern cancellation, withdrawal and refunds for the website rental and subscription services provided by VUCİSOFT YAZILIM BİLGİSAYAR E-TİCARET SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Vucisoft") via vucisoft.com and panel.vucisoft.com. They form an integral part of the [Distance Sales Agreement](/mesafeli-satis).
2. Nature of the Service — Immediate Performance
The service is a digital service: once payment is confirmed, the website and management panel are activated immediately; there is no physical delivery.
3. Right of Withdrawal
- Under art. 15/1-(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be used for digital services whose performance has begun with the buyer's approval. Since performance starts immediately upon order confirmation, no withdrawal right exists for activated subscription periods.
- For services not yet activated, the buyer may withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason; the amount paid is refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
4. Subscription Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription or turn off auto-renewal at any time from the panel (Billing → Auto-renewal).
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; the service stays active until then. Fees for a period already started are not refunded, including the remaining part of annual plans.
5. Cases Where a Refund Is Issued
- The service could never be activated for a reason attributable to Vucisoft although the fee was collected,
- Duplicate charging for the same period,
- Withdrawal exercised in time for a service not yet activated.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of the request via the original payment method; depending on your bank it may take 1-14 business days to appear.
6. How to Request a Refund
E-mail info@vucisoft.com with your invoice/order details, or open a ticket from the Support section of the panel. Requests are answered within 48 hours.
7. Your Data
Even if your site goes offline upon cancellation or at the end of the period, your data is not deleted; it is retained for at least 1 year in line with applicable law and the [KVKK notice](/kvkk), and restored as-is upon reactivation.
