Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK)

1. Data Controller
Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Vucisoft as the data controller, within the scope described below. Contact: info@vucisoft.com
2. Personal Data Processed
Through vucisoft.com we process only the data you provide:
- Identity and contact: full name, email address
- Transaction data: the subject and content of your message in the contact form
- Technical/security: a non-reversible digest (hash) of your IP address and your browser (user-agent). Your raw IP address is not stored.
The site uses no marketing or tracking cookies; only your theme preference is stored locally in your browser.
3. Purposes of Processing
- Responding to your requests and inquiries, and communicating with you
- Improving the services and content we provide
- Ensuring information security and preventing abuse (spam, attacks)
- Fulfilling obligations arising from applicable legislation
4. Legal Grounds
Your personal data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the following grounds:
- Being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c)
- Compliance with the data controller's legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç)
- The legitimate interests of the data controller, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (Art. 5/2-f)
Where explicit consent is required, your data is processed only with your explicit consent.
5. Method of Collection
Your personal data is collected electronically, by automated and partly automated means, through the contact form on vucisoft.com.
6. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data is not sold or shared for marketing purposes. It may be processed only to the extent necessary to provide the service and in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, limited to the hosting and infrastructure suppliers we work with. Where part of our infrastructure is located abroad, any transfer is carried out in compliance with the conditions set out in Article 9 of the KVKK.
7. Retention Period
Contact records are retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and in any case for no more than 2 years, after which they are deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
8. Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Art. 11)
By applying to the data controller, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed,
- Request information if it has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- Request rectification if incomplete or inaccurate,
- Request erasure or destruction under the conditions set out in the KVKK,
- Request that rectification or erasure be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
- Object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis,
- Claim compensation for damage suffered due to unlawful processing.
9. How to Apply
You may submit requests regarding your rights to info@vucisoft.com. Your application will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request; if the process entails an additional cost, the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
