How do I publish my site?
After choosing a template and editing your content in the panel, the "Publish" step takes your site live. You can review the final version with a preview before publishing.
Can I change the template later?
Yes. You can change the template and color scheme from the panel; your entered content is preserved as much as possible.
Can my site be in multiple languages?
Depending on the template, multilingual content is supported. Supported languages are listed in the template's features.
Domain
How do I connect my own domain?
In the domain section of the panel, add your domain and set the DNS records as shown. Once the records propagate, your site runs on your own domain.
What if I don't have a domain?
If you don't have a domain, your site is published on a Vucisoft subdomain; you can connect your own domain at any time.
Is SSL / secure connection (https) included?
Yes. A secure connection certificate is provided automatically for connected domains.
Content & Images
How do I edit my content?
All text, images and sections are edited from the panel. No coding required; your changes take effect when you save.
Can I upload my own images?
Yes. You can upload your own logo, cover and gallery images from the panel; images are automatically optimized and served via CDN for fast delivery.
Modules
How does the appointment module work?
On appointment-enabled templates, visitors request a slot by choosing an available date and time. Depending on the settings, a deposit may be collected; you manage requests from the panel.
Is there a listing / catalog module?
Real estate and similar templates include a listing module: you add and edit listings from the panel and display them on your site.
Where can I see which modules are available?
The modules each template supports are listed in the template preview and its features.
Billing & Payment
How do I pay?
Your subscription is managed through the panel; you can see the payment steps and plan details from your account.
Where do I get my invoice?
Commercial details for official documents and billing are on the Company Info page; you access your invoice through your account.
Can I cancel?
You can manage your subscription at any time. See the Distance Sales and Terms of Use pages for the conditions.
